Our cancellation policy is as follows…

48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a text reminder, please reply Y or N to this or text us directly to confirm.

If you are changing or cancelling your appointment, you will need to do so at least 24 hours before the time of your appointment.

Failure to do so incurs a fee of 75% of your booking, this must be paid before rebooking.
