Our policies are as follows…

• You will receive a reminder txt 48 hours prior to your appointment, please reply Y or N to confirm.

• Please allow 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Failure to do so incurs a fee of 75% of your booking. This must be paid before rebooking.

• Please arrive 5 mins early to your appointment. You may need to allow extra time for parking.

• If you are 10 mins or more late for your appointment, this will result in an automatic cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.

• All communication is via txt, so we can give our clients in the chair the very best undivided attention. All txt’s will be answered within the hour.
